We had an exceptional stay at a charming hotel in a central location. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was delicious and energizing for a day of exploring. The hotel had a cool bar at the entrance, perfect for relaxing before or after our adventures. We highly recommend this hotel! a wonderful experience.

The location of the hotel seems convenient, with easy access to the subway, taxis, and some of the historical sites. However, the wifi doesn't fully reach the bedroom. The room appears quite comfortable and clean with a stunning interior. The breakfast is outstanding, and some guests had received complimentary upgrades.

Some guests had negative experiences with the management or facilities. One guest reported an incident involving an exploding hairdryer that led to injury, but they received no response or assistance from the manager.

Convenient location, easy walks to landmarks. Room matched photos, lots of natural light. Friendly and helpful staff. Neat and clean with mini fridge and kitchen access. Comfortable and well-designed room.

Accessible location, great for sightseeing with many nearby cafes and restaurants. Spacious apartment with high standards of hygiene. Welcoming hosts with valuable local suggestions, as well as airport shuttle arrangements.

The couple who run the place, Caterina and Giuseppe, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The location was ideal, making it easy for us to explore all the famous sightseeing locations in Rome. We were able to easily walk to attractions like the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Villa Borghese. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed, from comfortable beds to a well-equipped kitchen. Caterina and Giuseppe went out of their way to make us feel at home during our stay - it truly felt like our home in Rome.

For dads, it would be great if there were softer beds and plumper pillows to ensure a more comfortable sleep for the whole family.

The location couldn't be better, everything was within walking distance, which was very convenient. The room was extremely clean and tidy, with daily cleaning service. the staff was very helpful and accommodating, they solved an issue we had with no hesitation.

There wasn't any fresh milk available for tea or coffee, but we bought some and kept it in the fridge. Apart from that, we didn't experience any negative aspects during our stay.

The owner was friendly and hospitable. Helpful in advising about places to visit. Breakfast was very good. Room was comfortable and clean.

Perfect Location, Great Breakfast

The location of this guesthouse was absolutely perfect! We were in walking distance to all the major attractions. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice. The cleanliness of the establishment was impressive.

We experienced some technical issues with the Wi-Fi, and it was not resolved by the staff. the customer service was not up to standard, and some requests were denied in a rude manner.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming B&B. Giuseppe and his mother were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering advice on tours, transportation, and attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully renovated while still maintaining their old-world charm. The location was perfect, with the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps just a short walk away. There were plenty of restaurants and shops in the surrounding area as well. it felt like a home away from home, and I highly recommend Trevispagna Charme.
